What is LITIGATION SUPPORT?

Litigation support is to organize, analyze and present evidence through computer systems.  Litigation support allows the attorney to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a case and develope a defense theory.

Litigation support consist of

  • Idenfitication, collection, preservation, processing, review, analysis of electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Production of electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Management and analysis of paper documents and their electronic equivalents
  • Electronic courtroom presentations

Litigation support is critical to the outcome of any case because it is the roadmap to the evidence.
