  • They are in bed with the prosecutor
  • They work for the court and not the client

What is a Court Appointed Attorney?

Court Appointed Attorneys are private attorneys who contract with the courts.  When a judge determines a defendant is indigent, an attorney will be appointed to represent the defendant.
