Our extended family convinced my wife we needed a bunch of trusts.  So we got a bunch of trusts that the IRS soon decided were “sham trusts”.  They also call them "abusive trusts".  Then came the levies which were absolutely crushing.  Ms. Osborn helped us get our tax returns amended and the levies released while she worked with the IRS so we could pay the correct tax liability.  This took a long time to fix and nearly drove us crazy but we could not have done it without Ms. Osborn's help.  When you find yourself in a horrible situation like we did, it makes a huge difference when you can call someone who knows all about your case and that other taxpayers have done the same thing.  Then you do not feel quite so bad.  We could call Ms. Osborn's office and she would call back or email us just so we would not worry.  She would explain what was happening and answer our questions so we could sleep at night.

I was indicted by the IRS and could not afford an attorney so one was appointed by the court.  I was forced to enter into a plea agreement I did not agree with.  After serving my sentence the IRS came after me and my husband for a IRS notice of deficiency and a civil fraud penalty.  Ms. Osborn knew what records to look for and examine to help me defend myself against a deficiency related to the crime I was falsely accused of.  My case was finally conceded by IRS that we did not owe the amount on the  IRS notice of deficiency.  Although a terribly stressful time in my life I could not have made it without her support.  Ms. Osborn worked with other professionals to help me overturn the conviction but I did not have the money the attorney needed and so I  will have to live with the conviction for the rest of my life.  Thanks to Ms. Osborn's caring support and forensic talent we our now living the remainder of our lives on Social Security Benefits.

My husband is now deceased but we owe the last few happy years of our life together to Ms. Osborn for helping end the nightmare caused by my husband’s non filing ideas.  My husband convinced himself through his own personal research that he did not have to file returns and just stopped.  When IRS levied all of his Social Security Benefits and retirement we were at the mercy of our children, neighbors and friends to survive.  We had nothing.  I don’t know how Ms. Osborn did it but she managed to the get the levies stopped.  One day it just happened.  We were so happy we moved to Florida bought a small house and even had a little garden.  My husband and I were so happy.  Thank you so much Ms. Osborn for those last few years.

Way back in the early 1980’s I was convinced I did not have to file a tax return.  So I didn’t for years and years.  IRS levied my Social Security Benefits and retirement at 100%.  These levies went on for years.  I wrote to my congressman and anybody else I could think of.  I did all this research on my own.  My wife was fed up with me and my ideas so I contacted Ms. Osborn.  She convinced me to file my returns and worked with the IRS to get me back on track.  The levies were stopped and I stay out of trouble with my wife.  Now we live a peaceful retired life.  Even today when I get a notice or letter from IRS I panick and call Ms. Osborn.  She always calms me down and that keeps me out of trouble with my wife.
