About Client Testimonials

These client testimonials are from real clients.  The testimonials are intended to give you an overview of the different types of problems our clients have faced.  Some of the tax problems described were simple and some very complex.  The resolution of tax problems also varies depending on the individual clients situation.  Such as whether the case involves civil and/or criminal issues.  Some of these cases involve pending tax matters.  Some of these clients have involved other professionals where we have worked as a team such as attorneys and CPAs.

Retired Real Estate Attorney-Solves his IRS tax issues

I have been fighting with the IRS for over ten years to resolve a dispute over a deficiency I knew I did not owe.  Ms. Osborn’s knowledge regarding records maintained by the IRS allowed my case to be resolved.  I am a retired attorney and specialized in complex real estate transactions and was extremely knowledgeable about IRS taxes.  I did not know about the volume of records available to resolve my tax situation until I met Ms. Osborn.  Together we have worked on numerous IRS issues of my own over the years.  Some did not result in the outcome I wanted but that was not due to a lack of effort on Ms. Osborn’s part.  Tax issues are so complex and involve so much research that it is impossible to judge these tax situations based on “winning” or “losing”.

Doctor in New Jersey solves two years of IRS tax issues-still battling with 2 more with the IRS

Over the past 7 years I have been trying to resolve four years of tax problems.  I was in a terrible situation with IRS tax issues and did not know where to turn.  Somehow I found Ms. Osborn. My situation started in a IRS Collection Due Process (CDP) hearing for a deficiency in which I did not receive the IRS notice of deficiency.  Ms. Osborn’s knowledge, skill and forensic ability provided me with the IRS evidence I needed to convince the Tax Court that I had not received the IRS notice of deficiency.  After the Tax Court ruled in my favor I thought IRS was finished with me but I was wrong.  I am now in round two with the IRS in a similar situation involving different tax years.  We went to Tax Court in the 2nd IRS Collection Due Process (CDP) hearing and this time the Tax Court did not rule in my favor.  Ms. Osborn spent countless hours helping me understand IRS administrative procedures, documents and codes and how to present a succinct and clear argument during the Tax Court trial.  I am still fighting the 2nd Collection Due Process (CDP) hearing and do not know how it will turn out but I am grateful to Ms. Osborn for all her knowledge and patience in working with me to understand these IRS problems.  I have been fighting my IRS tax issues pro se because I cannot afford an attorney.  Even if I could afford an attorney, Ms. Osborn's knowlege and ability to help me understand the IRS procedures would give me the ability to better inform any attorney I could have afforded.  Never take for granted the importance of your own personal involvement and learn as much as you can about your IRS tax issues from someone like Ms. Osborn.

Couple sovled IRS tax issues involving an Abusive Trust System

We took professional advice and got involved in an abusive trust system.  Wow what a mess.  We needed every remedy available to clean up the mess we had such as; amending our tax returns, IRS audit reconsideration, Tax Court petitions, IRS Collection Due Process hearings, settlement agreements, requests for penalty abatements, release of Federal Tax Liens and the list goes on.  I am extremely happy to say we finally resolved this huge mess invovling our IRS tax issues with the help of Ms. Osborn.  It took a long time but it was worth it.  Wow I don’t know what we would have done without her help.  Her knowledge of IRS records, procedures and how everything works is incredible.  We still call Ms. Osborn anytime we have questions.
